Building Operator Certification Training (74 Hrs)

The Building Operator Certification Level 1 (BOC) is a competitive 74-hour course that offers hands-on energy efficiency training, a project skills track, and one-to-one coaching by the instructor. After the course is completed, students will be evaluated before the certification exam. This course is exclusively designed for building operators and maintenance staff who are currently operating a commercial or residential building over 250, 000 gross square feet for at least six months. Corporate Training is offered at a great discount with unions, teamsters, energy and utility companies, Building Associations, and private property management firms. Lighting Auditing Training (19 Hrs)

Lighting Auditing Training is a 19-hour course that is hands-on classroom experience taught by a veteran in the energy efficiency field. Through the instructions, beginners and experienced auditors alike will receive step-by-step instructions on lighting auditing, the inside track on what type of incentives utility companies offer residential and small owners and how it benefits you, different career tracks in sustainability and mentorship. All students must complete a small lighting auditing project to satisfy training completion and top-performing students will be evaluated and invited for a 3-month paid internship with possible permanent job placement by a top energy company.

OSHA Certification Training (30 Hrs)

OSHA 30 Health and Safety cards are becoming mandatory for construction staff to obtain but also property management companies are taking it seriously too.
